I’m the founder of Pamela's Perspective.

Born and raised in Texas, I've had the opportunity to build my career across Texas, Montana, and Oklahoma, gaining experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, education, and construction. These diverse experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges organizations face and the leadership qualities needed to overcome them.

Throughout my career, I've developed a passion for helping leaders strengthen communication, build positive workplace cultures, and lead with integrity. I believe that effective communication is one of the most valuable skills a person can possess not only in business, but in everyday life. Strong relationships, successful teams, and thriving organizations are all built on trust, understanding, and clear communication.

Through Pamela's Perspective, my goal is to provide practical, experience-based leadership development, presentations, workshops, and executive consulting that help organizations create meaningful and lasting change.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll most likely find me writing my next novel, reading a good book, or spending quality time with my family and my incredible circle of friends.
